Economist and entrepreneur. Graduate of the University of Szczecin (Computer Science and Econometrics), of doctoral studies in economics (research on the impact of innovation on the market value of NewConnect-listed companies) and of the postgraduate programme Blockchain: Business, Law, Technology at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (diploma with distinction). In economic advisory since 2008, initially as a project manager at a consulting firm, where he led a 15-person team. President of KDE since 2016, of IAEG since 2020 and of Metasy since 2022.
Since 2015 entered on the lists of court-appointed expert witnesses at more than a dozen regional courts in Poland, including Warsaw, Szczecin, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Łódź. Expert appointed by the tax administration on the lists of 15 of the 16 regional tax administration chambers (Izba Administracji Skarbowej, IAS). Author of more than one hundred expert opinions and reports for courts, public prosecutors, court enforcement officers and tax administration chambers: valuations, lost profits, insolvency, loans, digital assets. Privatisation adviser to a bus transport company; contractor to NCBR (Poland's National Centre for Research and Development) auditing R&D projects.
Member of the Association of Business Valuation Experts in Poland (SBWPwP) and the Blockchain Experts Association. Speaker at NFT NYC, NFT London, Web3 Berlin, Next Block Expo, Crypto Talks Warsaw and Invest Cuffs; commentator for TVN24, BIZNES24 and Puls Biznesu. Author of academic publications on blockchain and NFTs, DeFi and stablecoins, renewable energy, spin-off companies, innovation on NewConnect and stock exchanges during the financial crisis.
