Anna Niemiec is not only a biologist by education but also a passionate photographer. Her journey into the world of photography began in 2010, quickly transforming from a hobby into a true passion. She captures the city she has called home since birth, with a focus on street scenes, architecture, and the people who are an integral part of the urban landscapes she photographs.
In 2018, Anna held her first solo exhibition at the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin. She has also participated in numerous group exhibitions and is a full member of the Fotoklub Rzeczypospolitej Association, contributing to the creative efforts of the Kontur Creative Group. Her work has been featured in various publications, including Gazeta Wyborcza and Architektura. Anna has collaborated with the Szczecin Philharmonic and Opera and has earned recognition for her photography both in Poland and internationally.
One of her notable achievements is winning awards in photography, including the prestigious HIPA competition in Dubai, which is the largest of its kind in the world. Anna is also the creative mind behind the “Lubię Szczecin” (I Love Szczecin) project.
